If you want to change the outline of a photo to make it a shape In Ms Word 2016 you need to follow the below steps.
In our MS Word video shape tool shows very quickly and easily. in MS word 2007 you will get that option there.

But, In MS Word 2016 or other versions you need to go to other options to set the shape for your image .
Follow the below steps.
Step 01: Click Picture Tools > click the arrow under Crop.
Step 02: From the menu that appears, select Crop to Shape, and then click the shape you want to crop to
Done: You can quickly change the shape of a picture by cropping it to a specific shape
