I am trying to inserting auto AM or PM for current time in MS Excel. but, sometime when i 3p for that it's not working me. 

Today we will talk about that what is the problem with that.

First of all, you may know that, from where the format come. Basically, Auto Inserting AM or PM Reference Based On Your System Time Clock.

The problem is, sometimes  users forget to enter the "_space_PM" part, which then messes up the downstream formula calculations.

Example:

You need to write 3 P

Don't forget to add a space between 3 and p.  

Also check the system clock setting. whether it is AM or PM based on the system clock.
