If you’ve ever hit “Send Email Button” on a Gmail and regretted it later, feeling that you may have sent it to the wrong contact or there is a misspelling in the mail then you can undo that in 5 secounds.

By default, Gmail offers a standard five-second window to allow you to change your mind and undo the email, but if you feel that you can also increase the time limit for the Undo Send on Gmail.

Here is how you can increase it.

Step 01: Sign in your Gmail Account

Step 2: Click on the “Settings” In the top right side, and click on “See all settings.”

Step 03:  Under the “General” tab, you will get an “Undo Send” section.

Step 04: Use the “Send cancellation period” dropdown. you can select 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, or 30 seconds.

Step 05: Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Save Changes.”

Now, when you click on send, you’ll see an option in the bottom of left corner “Undo” Option. Undo email will available as long as you’ve set it.

Thanks
