Formula to Calculate Sum of Cells in Separate Workbook

Today, We will learn how do I sum across multiple workbooks in Microsoft Excel.  I am talking about the workbook, not the worksheet. 


Suppose you have two workbooks, in the workbooks, you have value in same cell or different cell. 


Just use the sum formula like =SUM([Book112.xlsx]Sheet1!C3:C6)


We created a workbooks Book112.xlsx & Data listed in C3:C6


Give the address of first workbook and second workbook and get the answer.
