PowerPoint is a powerful tool used by millions of people across the globe to create professional presentations. One of the critical aspects of creating an effective presentation is choosing the right paper size.
In MS Word you can adjust the page margin easily. but in MS Power Point you will not get the option
For Example: you are trying to set the text top of the page in print preview.
But, I don't see the whole sheet on the preview panel.
if you looking for an easy way to print your PowerPoint slides so they fit perfectly on the page, this article is for you. just follow the below steps.
Step 01: Select the Design tab of the toolbar ribbon.
Select Standard (4:3 aspect ratio) or Widescreen (16:9) or Custom Slide Size as you want.
Step 02: After you choose your preferred format and click OK, you may be prompted with two scaling options:
Maximize or Ensure Fit.
Choose Maximize from here.
Step 03: Go to the print screen and check the "scale to fit paper" box and the powerpoint slides would print to actual size.
