Watermark problem - Full Watermark not showing behind text?
When I insert a watermark in MS Word. If you are seeing almost nothing of the watermark, then shading has been applied to the text. See screen shot below.
Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:
First, make sure that the watermark is actually applied to the entire document and not just certain sections.
If the watermark is applied to the entire document, but still not showing, it's possible that the text background on that page is covering it up. To check this, select all text on the page (Ctrl+A) and then changing the text background color to No Color
