How to edit shape in MS Word

When creating a document in Microsoft Word, users can add many shapes to highlight important items. You can add a variety of shapes to your document, including arrows, callouts, squares, stars, and flowchart shapes.

There may be times when you want to completely change a drawing shape from one to another.


Start with a creating a shape:  How to Insert Shapes


Step 01: Go to the Insert tab. Click the Shapes command.



Step 02: Select a shape from the drop-down menu. Click and drag the mouse until the shape is the desired size.


Step 03: Use the resizing handles to adjust the size as necessary.


Now, Change a shape into another shape:


Select the shape. Go to the Shape Format tab . some of version you will get in Drawing Tools.



Click the Edit Shape the change shape command.



Select the desired shape from the list. it will change immediately.
