Print row and column in MS Excel

Un Answered
Admin

In my MS excel documents row and column not showing in print. when tried to print and show print preview there is row and column not showing. check the video Excel useful shortcuts | Quick Access

Solution:

By default, Excel doesn't print the column (A, B, C, etc.) or row headings (1, 2, 3, etc.) that appear along the borders of the sheet.

Gridlines and the row and column headings can be helpful when viewing data on worksheets printed in Excel. We'll show you how to turn on a couple of settings to show the gridlines and row and column headings on your printed worksheets.

You can print worksheet with row and column headings as follows.

On the Ribbon, click the Page Layout tab. and then check the Print box in the Sheet Options group under Headers section.

Note: You can also click the small expansion icon , and then under Print, select the Row and column headings check box .

It is vital to note that, using the page layout tab, you cannot print only row numbers; the column letters will appear on your print.

Also, anything that appears on your print preview is found on a printed sheet.
