How to Insert a Watermark in Excel

Un Answered

In many situations, you may want to insert a watermark in Excel (such as your company’s logo or an image) before sharing it with others.

one of our member asked about that in that video:

While Excel does not have a dedicated feature to insert watermark in Excel.  However, there is a tricky method that allows you to watermarks in Excel using the HEADER & FOOTER TOOLS.

  • Go to “Insert” and select the “Header & Footer” option in Excel.
  • Once you click on the “Header & Footer,” it enables the Excel sheet in another format:

  • Click on the “Picture” to add the image to the Excel sheet
  • Insert the image. Now, you will be able to see the image as a watermark in Excel
