আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আমি একজন নতুন ল্যাপটপ ইউজার। আমি এম এস ওয়ার্ড এ কাজ শিখছি। ডকুমেন্ট তৈরি করার জন্য যে পি এন জি ইমেজ দরকার হয় সেটা কোথায় থেকে পাব? প্লিজ একটু জানাবেন।

Hello, Thank you so much for your question. The issue that you have been facing is nothing but a common problem. Please follow the steps stated below to get rid of this situation.
Right-click on the image and choose "Save Image As..." or similar.
When the dialogue box appears for saving displays, check for a dropdown menu where the file type can be chosen.
Choose "PNG" from the options.
Give your image a name and save it to your desired location.
If you still can't find the PNG option, the image might be saved as JPEG by default. You could try using an online image converter to change it to PNG after downloading.

Thanks.But when I try to download a PNG Image A pop up shows save as type jpeg.What Should I do then?

Hello, you can find many PNG images in google search engine.
How to Insert a PNG Image into MS Word:
Open your MS Word document.
Go to the Insert tab.
Click on the Pictures option.
Select the PNG image you want to insert from your computer.
