Instructor Dashboard Overview
If you log in as a tutor on Sikkhon, you can access your dashboard. The dashboard is your central hub from where you can create and manage your courses, students, earnings and settings. In this guide, we will provide you with a brief overview of your dashboard.
Accessing Tutor Dashboard
Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right, then select “Dashboard”.
Usually, whenever you log in, you will always find yourself on your tutor dashboard.
Dashboard Overview
On the left side of the dashboard, you can access the following menus:
My Courses: Here, you can see and manage all your courses, both published and ones that are saved as a draft.
Students: Get more information on your students and their needs from this menu.
Earnings: Check and manage your earnings, payment methods and withdrawals.
Announcements: Notifications on the status of your courses, new enrolments, and more.
Settings: Here, you can edit your personal information and change your password.
Let’s get back to the dashboard itself. On the top of the dashboard, you will see quick statistics on your courses, students, earnings and reviews.
It will show you how many courses and students you have, the total amount of money earned in pounds (£), and the number of reviews left by your students.
Below, there are three different sections:
Overview
Students
Courses
Overview
Under overview, the first thing you will see is a visual data representation using a graph. The graph will show you how many enrolments have happened to your courses in the last 30 days.
Then, there is the “Latest Courses” section, which will show you the courses you have recently taken. Lastly, “Recent Students” will show you the latest students who have enrolled in your course.
Students
Under the “Students” section, you will get more details on your students, including:
Profile picture
Name
The course they have enrolled in
Enrolment date
You can manage your students by using the action button called “View”.
Courses
The “All Courses” section will show all of your courses.
You can see the following information:
Course image
Course title
Number of students enrolled in the courses
The status of the course
Creation date
Similar to managing students, you can manage your courses using the “Edit” button. You can also create courses from here by pressing the “Create Course” button.
While the dashboard shows you a quick overview of everything, the true power lies in all the menus we showed on the left. Check out support.sikkhon.com for a better idea on what each menu does.
